Volunteers

Only you can make it happen at Tour du Port!

Volunteers are needed to be route marshals, ride marshals, registration workers, and for other jobs. Benefits of volunteering include a free opportunity to participate in the event, one-year complimentary One Less Car membership, lunch and a fun time!

Step 1. Review Available Positions

Course Marshal: Direct riders along the course and offer encouragement while enjoying the sights and sounds of Baltimore. Course Marshals will be stationed in pairs along the entire length of Tour du Port.

Sag Wagon: We need 6 people who are able to use their vehicle and drive certain sections of the course to help folks in need (if a minor medical problem they will be brought back to the start line for medical attention; and helping those with mechanical issues - some may need help getting to a rest stop where bicycle mechanics are located).

Rest Stop: Assist setting up and serving fruit, snacks and water to hungry and thirsty riders.

Festival Volunteers:
           Merchandise
: Distributing pre-purchased items to registrants.
First Aid: Two registered nurses are needed.
Lunch:  Serve food, fill water containers or assist with waste containers etc.

Set Up or Break Down: Time to set up or close down shop, load supplies and bring them to the start or back to the storage facility.
